
Gil Rogers
Gil Rogers is a senior attorney with the Southern Environmental Law Center in Atlanta. SELC is a regional nonprofit legal organization dedicated to protecting natural resources and special places throughout the Southeast. Gil is a native of Birmingham, AL, and graduated Princeton University in 1998 with a degree in ecology and evolutionary biology and a certificate in environmental studies. He went on to Harvard Law School, where he graduated in 2002. Gil’s work at SELC focuses on water management and water quality issues in both Alabama and Georgia. In 2005, Gil was named Water Conservationist of the Year by the Georgia Wildlife Federation.
